Our Stampede Breakfast always needs lots of helping hands!! Please note that if you are playing in the jitney, you need to sign up on the Jitney event and pay the entry fee.

About the event

These are the volunteer roles for the Stampede Breakfast & Jitney.

Set-up - Day before

2 volunteers needed

3 PM day before

You can participate in the Jitney


Tasks:

  • Blow/clean up patio, chairs and tables

  • Empty garbage

  • Fill lemonade and iced tea containers

  • Take baking out, prep fruit for the next day

  • Check bathrooms

  • Prep event room/setup

DAY OF JITNEY - 7:30 AM - 9:30AM

Breakfast

You can participate in the Jitney

  • 3 volunteers needed - Pancake duty - 1 mixer and 2 flippers

  • 2 volunteers needed - Sausage reheat, prep breakfast tables and chafing dishes

  • 2 volunteers needed - Food runners - pancakes and sausages

Event Lead and Second Lead

2 volunteers needed

9:30 AM - 5 PM

Can't play in Jitney


Tasks:

  • Maintains kitchen organization and efficiency

  • Oversees beverage set-up & food service

  • Oversees clean-up & close

Lunch Help

2 volunteers needed

11:45 AM

Can play in Jitney


  • Help set-up for lunch

  • Refill beverages, clean up

  • Help dessert set-up after Game 3

Sound System

1 volunteer needed

7:30 AM - 5 PM

Can play in Jitney


Tasks:

  • Set up speakers and microphone

  • Set music playlist to shuffle

  • Microphone to Jitney Coordinator

  • Disassemble speakers/microphone and put it away at end of day

Clean & Close

2 volunteers needed

4 PM - 5 PM

Can play in Jitney


Tasks:

  • All items cleaned and put away (dishes and utensils)

  • Empty garbage

  • Close and lock up
